The front desk staff, especially Mr. Kevin Dzung, were incredibly helpful in organizing my booking changes and even upgraded my room, which made a big difference. The hotel is clean, luxurious, and located near some great attractions, though the WiFi connectivity wasn't always reliable. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone coming to Hanoi.
